When you create an account with us, you must:

Use of Services

Service Credits

Free users receive 2 one-time credits upon registration
Paid subscribers receive monthly credit allocations
Credits are used for image generation and cannot be transferred or refunded
Unused credits expire according to your plan terms

Generated Content & Intellectual Property

Your Generated Images

You retain ownership of images you generate through our Service
Commercial use rights are determined by your subscription plan (see License)
We do not claim ownership of your generated content
We do not use your generated images to train AI models

Our Platform

Our website, platform interface, and original content are owned by NB2 Hub and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Generate content that violates laws or regulations
Create images depicting illegal activities, hate speech, or discriminatory content
Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights
Impersonate real individuals without consent
Generate explicit NSFW content prohibited by our AI providers
Use automated tools to abuse or exploit the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Reverse engineer or extract our AI models
Resell or redistribute Service access without authorization

AI Provider Terms

Our Service relies on third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Replicate, etc.). You agree to:

Comply with their respective terms of service
Accept that we are not liable for their service interruptions or policy changes
Understand that generated content may be subject to their content policies

Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
Refunds are subject to our refund policy
We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice
Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

Violate these Terms
Generate prohibited content
Engage in abusive behavior toward our service or team
Use the Service fraudulently

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will cease immediately
You may lose access to generated images stored on our platform
No refunds will be provided for violations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

NB2 Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
We are not responsible for third-party claims arising from your use of generated images
We are not liable for AI provider service interruptions or changes
