Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 14, 2025
At NB2 Hub, we strive to provide the best AI image generation experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the paid period
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of initial purchase if no credits have been used
- After 14 days, or if credits have been used, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis minus the value of used credits
- Refunds are not available if more than 50% of annual credits have been consumed
Credit Package Refunds
One-Time Credit Purchases
- Used credits are non-refundable - Once you use credits to generate images, those credits cannot be refunded
- Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
- To request a refund for unused credits, please contact us at support@nano-banana2.app with your order details
Credit Expiration
- Credits have expiration dates as specified in your plan or package
- Expired credits are not eligible for refunds
- We do not provide extensions for expired credits
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been used to generate images (whether successful or failed)
- Credits that have expired
- Promotional or bonus credits
- Account upgrades or downgrades after processing
- Services used during trial periods
- Third-party fees (such as payment processing fees)
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@nano-banana2.app with your order details
- Provide Information: Include your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for refund
- Processing Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Timeline: Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
AI Generation Failures
If you experience technical issues or generation failures:
- Failed generations due to our system errors will result in credit refunds to your account
- Credits are automatically restored for failed requests
- If credits are not automatically restored, please contact support with the generation ID
Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to your account settings or billing portal
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation

Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis for:
- Extended service outages affecting your ability to use the service
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of NB2 Hub services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
